My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's at age 49, 5 years ago. Dry eye is a very common part of PD. When I started fish oil a couple of months ago for my dry eye (explained in another thread), he started it too, with doctor's permission. His dry eye is completely gone for the first time in 5 years!!
