good doctors in United Arab Emirates

i got my eyes lasiked 3 yrs ago. since then, i have dry eyes.
any body here lives in United Arab Emirates(beside ringo ) and can suggest good eye doctors for me.

another question,
I tried many OTC eye drops and night ointments. now i am comfortable with refresh plus 3 or 4 times daily but I want to try other options.
here is my list of things i want to try:
1. Restasis
2. Plugs
what do u think? any other things I am missing?

I can recommend Moorfields Eye Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City. It is a branch of the oldest eye hospital in London and from my experience it offers excellent eye care. It can be on the expensive side, depending on your insurance.
