Doctors performing IPL for dry eyes

Guys,

Can we get a list of doctors performing IPL in this thread. I realize that Dr Toyos is training others throughout the country. So far my options seem to be LA or Dr Coad in NY. Who else has recently started to offer this service. I am based out of Raleigh and am trying to find someone with in a few hours of drive.

Dr Craig Fowler at UNC Chapel Hill may be doing this. He has been at training sessions but I do not know if he has the machine.
