Blurry vision during the winter HELP!

I dont know about anyone else, but Im reaching for answers. Since the winter, my vision has really gotten worse (Blurry). I have been to the Optomologist and all I get is its due to the dry eye issue. Well, they have been dry for a year since the enhancement, and my vision was fine. He seems to think that my vision is getting worse and that I will be in glasses soon, but this change was sudden from what it was in the summer months. Is this a common issue during winter months?

I have blurry vision usually at night both in summer and winter months. Having blurry vision is a symptom for dry eyes/ MGD. I think its because our eyes try to over compensate at times for being so dry they water. Sometimes I try to make myself yawn just so my eyes will water a bit.
