Is there something like "workrave" for mac users?

I spend 10 hours a day on the computer and workrave only works with windows.

I use 'eyes relax". I have windows but I think it works on a Mac also.

You can pull a blinking eyeball from this page onto a sticky note. If you size the sticky note down to fit the eyeball and if you have enough screen real estate to tuck it into a corner with no overlapping windows it really works quite well. In fact I'd forgotten all about it (used to work mostly on Windows and recently went fulltime Mac) and just tried it now... I like it. Not the most sophisticated thing in the world but it works.
