Michael Gagnon at Valley Eyecare in Pleasanton? good or? CA bay area

Hi, is Michael Gagnon at Valley Eyecare in Pleasanton a good clinic to go to for MGD conditions with mild dryeyes? I read some reviews on Yelp about the valley eyecare center but they weren't that great... 2 stars out of 5. I just want to ask if anybody had any experience with this doctor? and the cost$

I know many of his MGD (and other dry eye) patients. If I lived in the bay area he is who I would be seeing.

Thanks for the reply! by the way, do the patient u know still see him for treatment for MGD n dry eyes? I really want to know more details before i actally make an appointment because since i am a broke college student and i don't think insurances cover these type of problems. I have to know as much as possible before making the decision to see him. Can you tell me more about how this doctor treated the patient u know Rebecca?
