Any Support Groups near Woodstock New York?

Gonna check out on the net for you Neve, 'support groups' for specific eye complaints? or general health/well being and coping groups/organisations, if youre not working? these day groups are really helpfull.
In U.K we have such charitable/nhs related support groups set-up but you dont get to know of them till you stumble accross them.

They should have leaflets or posters up in both your local hospital and your doctors surgery?.
If youre finding your eye problems are affecting your well-being or turning you into a hermit?.
The type of support groups i'm thinking of, have trained 'listeners' who will help and offer an outlet if you think youre on your totally on your own with this?.
