Eye specialist in Buffalo, NY

I have been to 4 mds for my dry eyes, all following the same protocol. Has anyone seen a really good eye md close to Buffalo, NY. I live in Lancaster, NY. I'm am looking for someone that will try different things for dry eyes other than plugs (which had to be removed one day after putting them in). I love Rebecca's site, and would want someone like her. Thank you
