Seeking Sacramento (or Northern Calif) Dry Eye Ophthalmologist

Can anyone recommend an ophthalmologist who specializes in treating dry eye in the Sacramento, Calif area? Or even in Northern California.

I have severe light sensitivity in my left eye, stinging, grittiness and the feeling of a foreign object in the eye. I've been doing the preservative-free drops for several months now, with no improvement. I think I need to find a real expert in the field.
