I didn't see this post before now.... Yes, Azyter is available in Norway!

Azithromycin is available in Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands,
Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden and UK under the name Azyter; in Spain under the name Azydrop and in Slovenia as Zydrop. (as stated on the leaflet)

Where I live, in Belgium, I was able to order it at my local pharmacy with special permission from my doctor.
They imported it from France.
