Manual gland expression in England???

I was wondering if any of the UK readers knew of anywhere in England that does manual gland expression. I'm in Bristol(south west) and I've phoned countless places locally and nowhere does it. Preferably I would be looking for somewhere close to Bristol but if not would be willing to travel to pretty much anywhere in England that does it. It's times like this that I wished I lived in the States rather than the ophthalmological backwater that is the UK! As always any advice greatly appreciated.

In my experience, some consultants see the point of doing it and others think the glands should be left alone.
