LF a Doctor that does Upper Plugs

Does anyone know a doctor that does upper punctal plugs? All of the doctors i have seen are not experienced with it. I am in the north east US but i am willing to travel.

Honestly, that shouldn't be too hard to find. Inserting upper plugs is a pretty simple procedure. I don't think you should have to travel that far.

I'd recommend some docs for you, but I'm in California.
