I wanted to see if anyone knows of a doctor in Dallas who performs Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) for blepharitis/dry eye in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area? The closest doctor I can find on the Internet is in Houston. Any ideas of how to find one ... contact Dr. Toyos' practice directly for a referral?
