Has anyone been to the "dry eye centre" uk? It's in London

I was wondering if anyone had been to the "dry eye centre", I'm thinking of going as they can perform extra tests and treatments that the NHS don't offer, the initial app is £250. So has anyone been and is it worth it?

I have been. The upshot is that it is useful if you have meibomian gland dysfunction due to a lot of useful machinery that have there, but little better than the NHS if you have lacrimal gland dysfunction.

That's good to know, it is mgd that I have as I was told by an ophthalmologist, but their treatment and info given didn't extend much to what can be found online. I think I'll go for for it and report back with my experience.
