What is Candida dry eyes like?

Does anyone know what the link between candida yeast overgrowth and dry eyes is? Is it like lacrimal glands or Meimbomian glands are attacked or something?
Also do dry eyes due to candida have any characteristic symptoms like, for example, redness?
