Need IPL doctor in Europe, preferably EU

Hi,
I live in Serbia and have tried many things for my chronic dry eye due to MGD. Nothing helped, and I am willing to try IPL treatments. However, I can't seem to find any doctor who does IPL in my area. I would be grateful if someone would share with me contact of a clinic that does IPL ond the eyelids from Europe.

I know this is an old topic but in Turkey, Istanbul, there is a private hospital offering IPL treatment. If you are still interested in, I can share the details with you.
