Can anybody recommend Dr in the Upper Midwest?

I'm looking for an ophthalmologist who has experience with severe allergies exacerbating chronic eye conditions, in my case MGD and bleph. I doubt there's anyone out there who's board certified for both oph and allergies, but one can always dream. I've got a decent allergist and also primary physician.

I'm in north central Minnesota, so closer is better, but with the current state of my life, I will travel to see the right person.
