Looking for a good dry eye ophthalmologist Near Palo Alto, CA

Hi,

I live in Palo Alto California (94306) and have Kaiser health coverage. I'm looking for a good dry eye specialist, ideally within the Kaiser health system, but I'm also open to private pay if somebody is really good and nearby. I've seen a few ophthalmologists at Kaiser without much success, they tend to do a quick look and then prescribe Restasis. I like somebody who can actually do an actual work up to determine the cause of my dry eye symptoms. State-of-the-art treatment options would be great also.
