Hi. I saw a private ophthalmologist Dr kolli in Birmingham. The company was called optegra. He was decent and knowledgeable about dry eyes. However I have only seen him once but I will see him again for follow up. You can search online for ophthalmologist in your area. But I warn you that you may have to see them privately first. -
