Looking for the best MGD specialists

Hello,
I have been suffering from dry eyes for a few years and I have been diagnosed with MGD. The things that help me are
Hot Compresses - thrice a day
Doxycycline 50mg everyday
Omega3s

I have met lots of doctors in the San Francisco Bay Area (where I live) and tried lots of different treatments most of which haven't worked.

Anyway, I m looking for the top reputed and well regarded dry eye specialists - doctors who keep showing up on this forum for doing a great job treating patients and who are also doing cutting edge research related to Meibomian glands. I m willing to fly out anywhere in the US/Canada.

Could you please give me some recommendations?

(I have already visited 'Plug a doc' and I m not looking for doctors near where I live)

Does anyone know if there's a MGD expert in Boca Raton, FL? Dr.****** is a little too far away for me (4 hour drive).
I'd gone to Dr.Cohen and Dr.Salinger, but I'd really appreciate if anyone happens to know anyone else. Thanks a lot everyone.
