  • Best dry eye doc/center in Texas? or US?

Hi, I've been suffering with dry eye and MGD for about the past 2 years(took over a year for a doc to actually know I had MGD). My case has gotten very severe so I recently had LipiFlow done about 3 weeks ago and have seen a steady improvement in one eye but a decline in the other. The ophthalmologist I've been seeing in Seattle during my internship this summer is out of treatments to give me so I'm hoping to head home early to have time to travel and see other doctors before school starts.

I'm willing to travel anywhere in the US for treatment but would like to stay within Texas because of school. If anyone has any doctors or centers they know are well respected and offer a wide range of treatments I'd love to hear them.

Possible treatments I've found online include
    -IPL
    -Scleral Lenses
    -Autologous Eye drops

If there are other treatments outside this list that I haven't heard of please let me know as I'm willing to try anything at this point.

    Thanks, Blake

I would highly recommend Dr Gemoules. He is an excellent doctor and a leader in the field of scleral lenses.
His office is in Coppel, Texas.
