Dr. Michel Guillon in London really appears to understand tear film problems.

I found his name by looking through Neil's list of doctors in the Tear Film and Ocular Surface society http://www.tearfilm.org/ He's the only one on that list who has a practise in London. (The list might be out of date.)
As I mentioned earlier in the "triumphs" thread, he has done a detailed (and unusual) diagnosis for me, made some simple but effective changes to my dry-eye routine and I'm now actually improving instead of deteriorating.
He also carries a full array of drops, goggles, and other useful products in stock, always preservative-free.
He definitely belongs in the DEYP.
