San Diego Dry Eye Doc?

Hi,
I am moving to San Diego soon and need a good dry eye doc. I had LASIK 6 months ago and am now experiencing dry eye symptoms. I also now have punctal plugs in and will probably need them replaced periodically.
Any ideas?
