Looking for Dry Eye Doc. in Central Missouri Area

Hi,
I just moved to Warrensburg, Missouri which is located about 50 miles East of the Greater Kansas City Area. I am looking for an optometrist or opthamologist that is good with dry eye patients and has experience with plugs.

If anyone knows of a good dry eye doc in this area, please let me know. I am more than willing to drive 50-75 miles from Warrensburg to find someone who is good.
