Does anyone know a good Dry Eye Doctor on Long Island in New York?

I just called and tried to make an appointment with Dr. Latkany, but they do not take my GHI insurance. I dont know what to do now. Any other doctors? I am so disappointed, I really wanted to see him

Can you pay out of pocket and then submit the claim to your health insurance and get reimbursed? If it were me, it would be worth it to pay out of pocket to get a solid diagnosis.

With the wedding coming up, I def. cant afford to do that especially since I would probably have to go a few times to see him. I called and asked how much it would cost without insurance and she said $400!!!

I am going to look for another specialist that takes my insurance and hope for the best
