Just introducing myself to this site. Like so many of you, I have had dry eyes for a long time. I have done many of the things that many of you have tried. Punctal plugs, occlusion, almost every drop available for dry eyes, Restasis and just this week starting with Azasite. I also take Omega 3 fish oil caps and have just started washing eyelids again and about to start hot compress as well.
Well there you go, did I miss anything? Oh yea, also trying to drink more water.
I am looking forward to reading all of the comments posted here and hopefully learning of some success stories that might work for me. I am anxious to see what Azasite will do. I have only been on it for two days now.
