Pain tolerable but vision remaons poor.

I have one good eye (the other lost to an infection).My vision is usually cloudy, either due to lubricating drops or the dryness itself. I'm not sure if there's a way out of this (I've only recently started to take my eye condition seriously.), but my question is this: Does everyone with dry eyes also suffer a loss of vision, or is it just me?

i thionk many of us have compromised vision due to our dry eyes.

my vision gets blurry all the time, blurriest when the eye pain is the worst... i figure it all realated to a compromised tear film due to dry eye.
