Zylet use

My doctor recently prescribed Zylet for me for a dry eye related condition -
folicular blepharitis. Has anyone ever tried this Rx and if so, any success?
I have just started doing warm compresses with Eyebright which I purchased at a health food store. I put a few drops of this liquid herb in a cup of warm water and pour over a clean wet wash rag. Haven't tried it long enough to see if it's working. I am happy to have discovered this site!

Eyebright

I haven't tried Zylet but I've been using Eyebright as an eyewash for a few months now, twice daily and have really noticed a difference.
I put three drops in distilled water in an eye cup and rinse each eye. It does burn alittle but I've noticed a huge difference in the way my eyes feel.
