Hi, I am Julio from Brazil, to many years I suffer with my right eye, the doctors only tell me to use drops wet, certain time said me to a doctor that I have the bad tear and that form debris under of the eyelid suggested me that eat Omega 3 oils and made hot water compresses. It happens that it only bothers me in this right eye, when I blink the eye seems to always scrape and this is always red with small veins, I do not know more where to go in the Brazil this problem not had attention here. I am currently using on account proper the Endura drops these are good drops for this case All the drops not aid very they. Sorry my bad english ..

I can't offer you any advice but you have come to the right place. I also take fish oil and just recently read that Coconut Water is great for numerous things, including helping with eyes.
