Frustrated need help...

im from philippines age 25.. i have been diagnosed having a dry eyes, and i notice that my sclera has red line in it, is this normal for dry eyes? need advice in what to do with this condition, im about to give up and most of the time i thought god have forshaken me, i wish that all the treatment could reach here in my town.

i need a good doctor in the philippines to come look at my condition.
please help me.....

I'm so sorry that you are going through this right now. I don't know what products are available in the Philippines and if they are similar to what we have here, are you using any kind of eye drops from the doctor? Do you have eye drops available to be purchased over the counter in a store? We have many different kinds of drops here, but the best are lubricating drops, and gels. If your eyes are severe you might want to try first the gels, I use them throughout the day on my worse days, otherwise I'm putting in drops way too often, and though they make my vision blurry at first they give the best overall longer lasting relief. Also I would suggest trying warm wet washcloths to the eyes for several minutes, or even cold can help if there is alot of swelling. God has not forsaken you, remember he will never leave you nor forsake you, he says so right in his word, so don't be discouraged.
