I'm new tho I have had symptoms of dry eye getting progressively worse over last 10 years. Reading info here has tied together lots of loose ends and symptoms and enabled me to really significantly improve my condition. THANKS to all who share. So many different causes and treatments ! I plan to follow this forum regularly. Symptoms probably won't stay static....always new things to learn. Suzanne - retired RN
