Hello, I am a naturopathic doctor in Portland, Maine and would like to know if anyone has tried low dose naltrexone (LDN) as a treatment for dry eyes? It would have to be prescribed by a doctor, one who believes, (as I do), that this syndrome is a symptom of autoimmune disease and is aware of the potential of LDN to reverse such symptoms. If you have tried this treatment, kindly let me know your dose, protocol and if it was effective or not. Thank you!

Here's a couple. If you type naltrexone into the search box you'll find more.
