  • Rheumatoid Arthritis & Dry Eyes

Hi, I found this site while looking for Oasis eye drops. Does anyone have a recommendation on the effectiveness of those. Also, I am lloking for a good dry eye specialist in South Florida( anywhere from West Palm to Ft. Lauderdale). My current guy says things like "you kinda need to learn to live with it", and "you will have good days and bad days". Brilliant huh? I have RA so I know that some things can`t be totally fixed, but to me there has to be morethan that. I have little kids who love to go to the beach, and I can`t cheat them out of that. I have good sunglasses, and use lots of drops. Also, if anyone has any info on the Cleveland Clinic in Florida. Do they have a dry eye program, and has anyone had any luck?
    so to summarize:
    1) Oasis eye drops?
    2) South Florida dry eye specialist?
    3) Cleveland Clinic- Florida?
    4) Anything else that you may find useful

Thanks to everyone, and for having this site. It is very appreciated.
    Take Care and feel better

My wife has severe RA for 27 years. She was 13-14 drops a day of TheraTears PF before starting Oasis TEARS Plus. Took aboout a year and she is now down to 1-2 drops a day. Vision has stabilized, no more mucous strings or epithelial cell strings stuck to cornea.
