Unknown Cause of Dry Eye - What Tests have you had?

If the cause of your dry eye is UNKNOWN (and definitely not aging, Lasik, medication), what potential causes have you been tested for?

Sjogren's or other autoimmune
Thyroid
Hormones
Allergies (which tests?)
anything else I may be forgetting?

Thyroid testing is not necessary anymore, I'm already blessed with Hashimoto's and get that tested at least 2x/year
