Hi, I found this site while searching for information regarding Superficial Keratectomy. I am scheduled for this procedure on Nov. 9 and am trying to determine if it is the right thing to do. I have had RCE in my right eye and the latest one has resulted in some scarring, which has slightly affected my vision. My dr. tells me it is mostly located in a "non-vision" zone. I am currently using Restasis, have plugs and use Refresh PM in left eye and Muro 128 in right eye. And drops throughout the day as needed. .
This site is a godsend, as it makes me realize there is so much help and sharing out there. The advice, ideas and support are great. People that don't deal with this have no idea! I have learned a lot and am sure will continue to learn more. I also have alot of questions for my dr. now!
Anyone that has had the Super K that wants to give a shout out, I would appreciate it.
