Hello everyone,
I just found this forum today and have like everyone else here problem with my damn eyes.
I'm from sweden where it easy to get "dried out" during the winter season because of the cold and the lack on sunlight and the fact that I sit by my computer all day doesn't make it any better.
THOUGH! Since 2 weeks I've been here in South America and have got a lot of sun which usually helps me. And the computer time have gone down too. But when I wake up in the mornings after maybe 10-11h sleep my eyes are more red than ever. Is it something in the air? I've read the air can get more dry if you use AC. Should I buy something to get the air more moist ( is that the right word?). I bought some drop for my eyes that make the eyes look a little bit more normal, but it doesn't take away the pain.
Please help me, I'm begging you.
