Was wondering if anyone could offer any suggestions on pain meds they have used that have the least drying effects. Scheduled for knee replacement surgery in July. Have already cancelled once because I'm so afraid of the drying effects from the huge amount of pain pills needed. Hope to have a spinal, but not sure about that yet. So afraid, would greatly appreciate your thoughts and experiences.
