I just found out from my eye Doctor that i`ve been sleeping with my eyes partly open.This is causing painful dryness in both eyes.Left eye sometimes worse.I`m using drops for lubrication.I`d like to know if a lot of people have this problem.I also found out that my daughter does the same thing.
Any help would be welcome

Welcome to the forum! People who have this issue use special tape to close their eyes, masks and goggles, and thicker drops like gel. You would definitely also benefit from keeping humidity around 60%.

There are quiet a bit of people with the same issue to different extents.
