  • Glad this place exists.

I had LASIK in 2007, at the London Vision Clinic. I Cannot fault the staff, surgery or aftercare, despite having suffered from dry eyes since. Whilst I have not sought any second opinions, I have been told I had a mild case of blocked Meibomian glands before the surgery, which (unexplained) has got worse.

I have used warm compress, various drops which help, but nothing to date has fixed it.

Is mgd your only issue dry eye wise? What's your TBUT and schrimer scores?

Pre lasik I had no dry eye issues, rarely used drops. I really wonder why people w/o pre existing dry eye issues get into issues that last so long. You look like you are 6 years out have things improved substantially for you?

What other treatments have you used so far?
