Brandan, so sorry you have this awful condition.I don't know if the plasma drops would work., I had dry eye with redness, foreign body sensation (ARGH) gooey eyes and heat really made my eyes miserable, I didn't go an hour without feeling miserable. I wish I could tell you more, I just don't know. These new cures which use your own plasma are curing many other things .PRP, Platelet replacement therapy is being used as well. Good Luck!
