I personally think its a useless product, I found warm compress to be way more effective.

The majority of people say it’s useless, but it could be a useful tool if your eyelids are very sensitive to heat and get easily burnt. I can afford it but I’m really put off by the reviews...

i just burnt my eyelids because the warm compress was too hot so I’m gonna have a rough few days might consider buying one in a month or so

Get a laser thermometer from amazon and find a temperature that you het results with. I use about 50C or so. It lasts for 5 minutes with a bruder mask. Though the newer the better eith the masks. After washing a few times i find they lose heat much faster, sadly.
