Hello, my real name is Haroon. I have especially dry eyes during working hours becase I am on a computer all day. I tried glasses beccause i only wore contacts before. But I still need help. My only symptoms are red eye caused by dryness. Any suggestions?

Have you tried any over the counter eye drops? You could do that several times per day and make sure you rest your eyes during the day. Hot compresses wouldn't be a bad idea...once in the morning and once at night...

Can you give us a little more information about your situation? Have you been diagnosed with dry eye? Any particular test results to share? I see from your other posts that you've tried similasan drops and maybe some supplements. Are there other treatments that you've tried that have not helped?

You haven't been using "get the red out" drops (vasoconstrictors) have you?
