    Hi This is Luna. I have MGD for more than two years. At the beginning my TBUT is only 1s. I have tried different methods and find three quite helpful:

    1) warm press twice every day.

    2)take vegetable, eggs, and fruits every day.

    3) go to gym every day.

    Sometimes droplets like artificial tears can help, but not all the time. My situation is much better than the beginning, but I am still struggling to live and work like a normal person.

    I'd like to share my experience with persons have similar problem with me. Hope we could recover soon.
