I just joined the group. Got dry eye from a bleach exposure in July. Spray bottle clogged and bleach sprayed in my face. Had googles on but some bleach still dropped into eyes. Fortunately, flushed it out quickly and no permanent damage. But have an uncomfortable feeling in one eye until the eye fully heals. Systane Complete and ointments help with that. Definitely life changing and expensive. I have to use drops hourly and ointment twice a night. Really interferes with sleep! Maybe just have to flood eye with enough ointment to last the night. Currently use Systane Complete and Hydration PF. Find Systane Complete isn't that hydrating. Tried Refresh Optive and Soothe that worked well, too. Tried Biotrue but wasn't enough. Considering trying some European brands on Amazon that have .2% SH and the Optase ointment with Vitamin A. Trying to avoid preservatives so not sure about the night gel's out there.
