Hi! Just joined. Have had dry eyes many years. I live in a dry climate(Idaho). My ophthalmologist told me at last appointment my cornea looks like it's been sand papered! I use artificial tears 4 or 5 times day ,warm compresses most mornings and nights. Just hoping to learn more about others experiences with treatments such as punctual plugs,prescription drops, and analogous serum eyedrops. Probably spelled that wrong. Looking forward to learning more from others experiences.
