Interesting to read about your struggles here, and to look at the polls on the site. I am in the same area as you are.
Have you heard yet what your diagnosis is at this point or did I miss something? There sure are a lot of older opths around who are less well versed in dry eye. I was lucky to find an optometrist with dry eyes himself so he recognized the problem very fast.
I have ended up on Restasis also
