I've had really dry eyes for less than a year now. I only wear glasses, never contacts, and no laser surgery.
I live in Colorado, which is a really dry climate.
I finally went to the eye doctor on Saturday and he prescribed me Restasis to try for four weeks. I also use Tears Naturale (regular systane didn't work for me, needed something stronger). But even these drops aren't really doing much. The doctor thinks is from an allergy. So I guess I need to give the drops some time to work.
Can someone recommend a good humidifer (that doesn't just push out cold air)? It's going to start getting really cold by tomorrow and don't want to freeze when I sleep. Do any push out warmer air?
I hope my dry eyes get better. So far they always burn (or most of the time).
Thanks and glad I found this site!
