Hello All, I stumbled upon this site while researching some new treatments to help my patients. I am an eye doc in TN and long time dry eye patient myself. It has led me to search out ways to help my patients, as I know firsthand what effects dry eye can have on everyday life. So far been digesting a lot of info, this is awesome!
