What a great site! Great info and a good place to mope during flare-ups.
Chronic blephy. About 8 years. Eyes dried out during an intense computer programming week, infections set in, recurred, blephy arrived. Very nasty for a couple months.
Hint to all...just because a person is an "ophthalmologist" does not mean they can find a couch in the living room (nice profession tho, even the incompetent are well paid). Raging blephy, undiagnosed, will wreck your life!
Anyway, I got diagnosed and found a lid scrub (Stygiene) which worked great without irritation, but alas, it seems now to be UNAVAILABLE.
I have lurked my way through lid scrub advice on this forum, and I am trying a couple new things. Lid Hygenix (which so far is VERY disappointing) and the saline solution thing. Its a big ADJUSTMENT.
Does anyone know what happened with the Stygiene product?
