hello newbie: rebound redness

Hiya, good too fine this forum, i am mell and my story is, i developed conjuntivitus 4/5 years back, doc gave me every type of drop nothing worked, resorted too otc 'get the red out' drops, mmmmm 2 years later realising i was damaging my eye, i stopped cold turkey its been a year now, i developed dry eye from these bludy drops and redness, the redness bothers me the most!! A year without these drops and my eyes are still red and dry, at the moment using thera tears gel, which is ok!

Has anyone in a simalar situation? soz i cant spell lol
